| Get ready for a new competition season ... who will succeed Tiffany Haas as Miss Heart Of It All? On April 6, 2002, we crowned our first-ever Miss Heart Of It All in Zanesville, Ohio. Not surprisingly, Tiffany went on to capture the Miss Ohio crown! ON TO MISS AMERICA! To be eligible for this local, you must have been a first runner-up at another local program in the state of Ohio during the 2002-2003 season.
